Bred to a Munchkin equals

A dominant mutation, like short legs, curled or folded ears, short tails only come from a father or  a mother and are not carried to pop up later.  Please note: Curled ears are caused by stenoses, that is what makes them curl, you can not have curls without stenoses Short Legs are dominant, two long legged cats can not produce a short legged cats.

I will gladly guide you through the process of working with a new breed, beginning with the cats you already have or I can match you with the perfect mate, all outcross cats, in my cattery, are certified PKD negative.  I have one cat which has an outcross that is not allowed.  Because our breed is so very new I chose to outcross to establish a type (look) that I liked.  These kittens are registered as Napoleons with an unacceptable outcross, perfect for my breeding program to move forward with.  I would never sell you a breeder without full disclosure, all of my cat, even pets come with pedigrees.  I have a medium sized breeding plan therefore I did choose to outcross one litter with an unacceptable outcross, which is totally acceptable within TICA.  This cat is registered and will supplement my breeding plan.

The process to get into Championship is a long and slow one, this breed will not be competing as Champions for several years, at the very least.

All breeding cats come with contracts and a full pedigree is presented before a contract is signed. I have the largest database of pedigrees on Munchkins in the world.

THE GENERATIONS: The first generation out cross, that is a Munchkin bred by either a Persian, Himi or Exotic can produce a showable Napoleon.  This breed has an allowable outcross, therefore a 2nd, 3rd or 4th generation is really not any more important in a breeding program than a first generation,
if the look is there.  I am not sure why people are making a big deal out of cats that have more generations, unless it is to indicate their breeding program advancements.   A first generation Nap has the registration number AOP, eligible to compete in competitions.
